There are several apps out there that can be used to help manage you team.

TeamSnap and Game Changer are a couple of the options out there to assist coaches manage their team. 
-Schedules for Practices/Games and Player Info can be added to the team page.
-Both have an App and Website to use for Coaches to communicate to Parents and Players
